1. Accepting these terms
By using NextReach, you agree to these terms. If you use NextReach for a business, you confirm that you can accept them on its behalf.
2. The service
NextReach provides tools for WhatsApp marketing, conversations, contacts, catalogs, leads, automations, AI assistance and reporting. Features depend on your plan and may change as we improve the service.
3. Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including that of the employees you invite.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the law and the WhatsApp Business policies set by Meta. Only message people who have agreed to hear from you. Do not send spam, misleading or harmful content, or use NextReach to break anyone's rights.
5. Plans and payments
Prices are shown in the app. Payments are made by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer and confirmed by our team after you upload a receipt. Your plan starts once payment is approved.
6. WhatsApp Status ads
The customer is responsible for their own Meta ad account, its billing and its compliance with Meta's advertising terms. Ad spend is billed by Meta directly; NextReach doesn't collect or hold it.
7. Free trials
Free trials let you try NextReach for the period shown on the plan. At the end of a trial, you need an approved payment to keep using paid features.
8. Renewal and cancellation
Plans run for the period you paid for. You can choose not to renew at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
9. Your content
You own the content and contact data you add to NextReach. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you.
10. Availability
We work hard to keep NextReach running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Parts of the service depend on Meta and other providers.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NextReach is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users, Meta's platform or NextReach at risk. You may stop using NextReach at any time.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell account holders about important changes.
