NextReach is a web app for marketing and selling on WhatsApp and email. It brings campaigns, a shared inbox, a CRM, catalogs, a lead board, AI replies, automations and reports together in one workspace, with one contact list for both channels.
Small and medium businesses in Pakistan, such as shops, property dealers, schools, clinics and online stores, plus agencies that run WhatsApp marketing for clients.
A Meta business account and a phone number for WhatsApp Business. NextReach walks you through Meta's official sign-up step by step.
Yes. Plans come with a free trial so you can try NextReach before you pay. The length of the trial is shown on each plan.
Yes. You connect through Meta's official sign-up, and campaigns use templates approved by Meta. That keeps your number in good standing.
A pre-approved message format that Meta allows businesses to send first, for example an offer or a reminder. Templates can include text and an image, video or document header.
After a customer messages you, WhatsApp lets you reply freely for 24 hours. After that, you can only start the conversation again with an approved template. NextReach tracks this on every chat.
WhatsApp rates each business number based on how customers respond to its messages. NextReach shows the rating so you can adjust before problems grow.
Yes, depending on your plan. Each plan shows how many WhatsApp numbers it includes.
WhatsApp Status ads
A Meta ad account with a payment method added, a Facebook Page linked to your WhatsApp Business number, that number connected to NextReach, and a NextReach plan with WhatsApp Status ads switched on. Status ads work together with WhatsApp Marketing.
You do, through your own Meta ad account: Meta charges your payment method directly. NextReach never collects or holds your ad spend, and your NextReach plan is billed separately.
Meta shows Status ads together with Instagram Stories and doesn't allow Status on its own. The button works the same way in both: it opens a WhatsApp chat with you.
Yes. Meta reviews every ad before it shows, usually within a day. NextReach shows the status, In review, Active or Rejected, and if an ad is rejected, Meta's reason, so you can fix it and try again.
Only what's needed when you show an ad to a contact group or keep it from one. Phone numbers and emails are hashed before they leave NextReach, so no contact detail is sent in readable form, and opted-out contacts are never sent. When you stop the ad, the audiences made for it are removed from Meta.
Everyone who taps your ad and writes in is saved as a contact linked to that ad, so you can follow them to leads and orders. Writing in isn't the same as agreeing to marketing: you still need their opt-in before sending them campaigns, as with any contact.
It depends on Meta's rollout in your country. Meta decides where and how often an ad shows, so reach, approval and results can't be promised.
Yes. Pause it and resume it later, or stop it for good. A stopped ad stops spending, and its results stay.
Online stores & COD
When a new cash-on-delivery order arrives in your Shopify or WooCommerce store, NextReach sends the customer a WhatsApp message with Confirm and Cancel buttons. Confirm tags the order “cod-confirmed” in your store; Cancel cancels it and restocks the items. If there's no reply, NextReach sends one reminder, then flags the order “needs a call” and notifies your team. Customers can also type answers like “yes”, “haan” or “cancel kar dein”.
You connect through NextReach's own Shopify app: click connect and approve it in your Shopify admin. There's nothing to code.
Yes. Approve the connection in WordPress, or paste a WooCommerce REST API key. COD confirmation, order updates and product sync work with WooCommerce. Delivery updates need a tracking plugin, and abandoned-cart recovery is Shopify only.
Only when the customer taps Cancel or replies that they want to cancel. If you prefer, switch it to tag-only: the order is tagged and nothing is cancelled.
Email marketing
Yes. The Email Marketing module lets you send email campaigns from the same app and the same contact list you use for WhatsApp, and see sent, opened, clicked, bounced and unsubscribed for each campaign.
It's recommended for real campaigns, because email from your own domain, like info@yourbrand.pk, is trusted more. A shared trial address lets you start before your domain is ready. Setup takes about 10 minutes of copying DNS records into GoDaddy or any DNS provider, and NextReach checks them for you.
No tool can guarantee the inbox. NextReach gives you the best chance: it authenticates your domain, warms new domains up gradually, removes fake and undeliverable addresses, and handles bounces and complaints automatically. Sending only to people who agreed to hear from you matters most.
No. No tool can guarantee the inbox. The checker removes common risks – spam words in English and Roman Urdu, ALL CAPS, “!!!”, link shorteners, image-only emails, emails too big for Gmail (cut off at 102 KB) and missing preview text – and gives you a 0–100 score with fixes. Sending only to people who agreed to hear from you matters most.
Each email waits for the hour that person usually opens email or replies on WhatsApp, all within 24 hours of sending. People with little history get your audience's best hour. It works for email campaigns and can't be combined with A/B subject tests.
15 languages, including Urdu (in Urdu script), Roman Urdu, Arabic, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Turkish, French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Malay and Indonesian. Placeholders like {{1}} and {first_name} are kept exactly, so templates stay valid, and email translations can be undone.
Plans and payments
Choose a ready-made plan, billed monthly or yearly, or build your own by picking modules and limits. The price updates as you choose.
Pick only the modules you need, such as WhatsApp Marketing and CRM, and choose a size for each limit. You pay for what you pick.
Upgrade any time: the new plan starts when your payment is approved, with a full new period, and the unused days of your current plan are credited against its price. Moving to a smaller plan is possible once your current plan ends; until then the app shows the date it becomes available.
With JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. Upload your payment receipt in the app and our team approves it.
Our team checks receipts as quickly as possible during working hours. You'll see the status in the app, and you can contact us if anything looks wrong.
Your remaining days are kept. Renewing early adds the new period on top of the days you have left, so 5 days left plus a 30-day renewal gives you 35 days.
Your data and team
Each business has its own workspace. Only the people you invite can access it, and only with the permissions you give them.
Yes. Import a CSV file and match its columns to contact fields, or add contacts by hand.
Yes. Search Google Maps by category and area, then import the businesses as contacts with their phone number and, where their website publishes one, their email. Put them into a new group, an existing group, or no group.
Every hour, automatically, or on demand when you refresh one. You can use a segment in any WhatsApp or email campaign and in automations.
Yes. Permissions are set per feature, so a salesperson can work in the inbox without seeing billing or settings.
